Corporation, series of businesses that sucks the life out of people just like that movie The Stuff. Companies also provide money and food for the families of the rich and none for the poor. Some are too weak to cooperate with each other, so they go out of business.

Companies do not have the structure they everything. The reason why they fail is that people fail. People have anxiety where everything is assessed isn't they fear the Moonites will steal their women away with their muscles. Men are more likely to have extreme anger when they don't get their way in the kitchen. That's why structure is nonexistent.
